Exchange Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Overview
We stand behind the quality of our industrial controls and electronic components and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. All eligible products may be exchanged for the same item, subject to the conditions below. Cybertronic Controls does not offer refunds.
Exchange Eligibility
ALL of the following conditions must be met for an exchange:

The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

The item is in its original, unaltered condition — unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

The item is in its original packaging with all original documentation, accessories, and labels intact.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:

Items that have been installed, wired, powered on, or otherwise placed into service.

Items that show physical damage, modification, or tampering after delivery.

Custom-configured, special-order, or made-to-order products.
-
Software, firmware, licenses, or downloadable content.
-
Items purchased as final sale or clearly marked non-returnable at time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or was damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Cybertronic Controls will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional charge, provided the damage is documented and reported within the stated window. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage may be required.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

Contact us at the information below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Securely package the item, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the item prepaid to the address provided with your RMA. Cybertronic Controls is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is no longer available, a product of equal value will be offered as a substitute.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange, unless the exchange is the result of a Cybertronic Controls error or a confirmed product defect. Cybertronic Controls will cover outbound shipping on the replacement item for approved defective-product exchanges.
