The SOLT0007 is a 24 VDC solenoid valve rated for 0 to 500 PSI, in a 3-way normally open / normally closed (NO/NC) configuration with a brass body and 15-inch wire leads (drawing reference SV1). It is supplied as a direct replacement part for Tornatech fire pump controller systems.
When a solenoid valve fails — typically from a burned-out coil or a stuck plunger — it stops opening or closing its port when energized.
