P/N GSEDAN0003 is a 600 PSI pressure transducer with a 0.5–4.5 V output signal, Packard-style connector, and 1/4 in NPT process connection — drawing identification PT1. The transducer converts system water pressure into the electrical signal the controller uses to decide when to start and stop the pump.
Suspect the transducer when the controller's pressure reading is erratic, frozen, or disagrees with a calibrated gauge on the same line, or when the jockey pump short-cycles for no apparent reason. When replacing it, isolate and depressurize the sensing line first, and use a thread sealant appropriate for the 1/4 NPT connection.
