CABTOR0032 is an RS-485 serial communication cable for the R3/ViZiTouch system in Tornatech model GPD version V1 fire pump controllers. It is made with a custom pinout configured by vessel, matching the wiring used on the older generation of battery chargers (built up to roughly February 2014).
If charger data has dropped off the ViZiTouch display or the controller is logging charger communication faults, a damaged serial cable is a common culprit and an inexpensive first fix. Because the pinout is vessel-specific, do not substitute a generic RS-485 patch cable — the conductor arrangement must match your charger's original configuration exactly.
