The ACCTLT0039 rotary on/off handle is a replacement operator handle for the 3L3 Type F starter used in Tornatech jockey pump controllers. It restores the manual rotary on/off control, letting you isolate or energize the jockey pump starter by hand for service and testing.

Rotary handles take real abuse in a pump room: a cracked, stripped, or seized handle can leave you unable to disconnect the jockey pump for maintenance — or unable to switch it back on afterward.
